It's mandatory in the state of Kentucky and according to the science there is more of a chance of someone not being detected by the test than a false positive which is why it's used by the courts. -

It's mandatory in the state of Kentucky and according to the science there is more of a chance of someone not being detected by the test than a false positive which is why it's used by the courts.
there has to be errection sensors involved for it to be accurate.
also courts use only, it isnt mandatory for all. -

If you hook enough electrodes to the brain they will see the erection on the screen before you even realize your body is responding that way. It's kinda wild to me how this kind of technology is used in courts but the science seems flawless to me. People always want to criticize the test first and say it's some kinda orwellian THE GOBERMENT IS SCANNING YOUR BRAIN!!! and here's why the test is bullshit....
I dunno the test seems pretty sound to me. If the government can impart the courts and law upon you for brain scans than it's only a matter of time before technology companies and HR firms start doing the same. Or a private security company that kicks down your door and forces you to take a brain scan. -

It's entirely possible to fail the test with erectile dysfunction, they only test brain responses. It doesn't matter if you can "hide an erection" because the brain chart will prove your brain is reacting a certain way that doesn't match the typical response
The same methodology could also be used to prove a person has erectile dysfunction in the first place. -
