Everyone 's body is different, and that's a good thing. There same reason why anyone who pushes a certain "diet" is full of shit because there are so many factors, genetics, upbringing, lifestyle, random variation, climate, nutriant avaibility, mental cycle whatever that contribute to what your body needs.
Im just saying, there are people who are aware of themselves and what they need, and people who are oblivious. THEN, there's people who shame you for being whatever you find suits you the best. To me, the choice between being obese and being a little underweight is an obvious one.
at least being skinny you aren't actively offending the people around you with your cheese puss feces fumes and breaking people's chairs and constantly complaining about the temperature and how small my car is.

I need to be 190 to have a 25bmi and I think Imma drop this weight.
I started at 215lb in late July. I'm 31 and 6'1. I do very little physical exercise but my diet is 2/3 vegetables, unsalted and unbuttered.
Don't drink soda either, only coffee and about 4 energy drinks a week.

Diets dont work for losing weight. You never see a skinny person eating salad to lose weight, only fat people eat salads to be “healthy” even then they add tons of salad dressing. The only thing that really works is calorie deficit, if people have trouble not eating often in their day they can focus on smaller portions and eat whenever they want. You spelled nutrient and availability wrong btw
