    in east and south east asia you can just go to a grocer shop and buy a sim card and your all set.

    registration takes like 3 minutes, if any.

    OP Why don't you get your drivers license instead of buying an electronic device to play games and watch videos on??

    My phone was 40$ + 10$ case + 40$ a month and has lasted me 10 months.
