   The problem is an over regulated market in a lot of areas. Plenty of dispensaries in Michigan keep their shit in glass jars and will bag the shit up in front of you. Good quality product without the fancy bullshit marketing that’s meant to justify you paying a 40% tax on it.

   Mylar bags is one thing, but there’s no need for Mylar bags with fancy designs on them. In Michigan they put your shot in a plain Mylar bag and print out a label for it, then send you on your way.
   
   I agree that the market isn’t what it should be though. Everything is pre rolls and 5mg gummies and shit designed for soccer moms, not your serious consumer who wants quality product without needing to pay for unnecessary frill. A lot of places even penalize the serious consumer with high taxes and imposing limits. There is no reason why I should only be able to buy a half ounce of reefer a week. All that does is encourage me to hit up my guy who will sell me as many zips as I want tax free.
