   Do you add any protein to the egg thingy? When I make my egg chaffles I’ll add a tablespoon of cottage cheese to boost up the protein value.👍
   
   I need all the variety ideas for cooking vegetables. I didn’t like veggies at all until like only a couple years ago. They would make me vomit, then I woke up one day… BAM! I wanted to try eating them. Even ones that made me throw up previously. So I feel kinda like a semi veggie virgin!!

    I’ve had to lose a few pounds… myself. I was immobile, for a hot minute & got up to a whopping 274lbs while in recovery to walk again.
    I’ve lost “almost” all of it thru diet/exercise.
