overreliance on force multipliers can win battles, not wars. I don't think anyone was talking about 'dominating', you're just slithering because you didn't really have a point to begin with. -

You're smart enough to understand "potential"...the US IS the dominant military force in the world...simply because they don't "exercise" it to it's fullest extent doesn't change that reality. -

Originally posted by ner vegas the US is (was?) currently an economic powerhouse because it was able to fund both sides of WWII, join after it'd been decided and emerge as the only nation with a functional industrial base. after the war they rigged the international monetary system to give themselves a massive advantage, then instead of building on it they sold their entire industrial base to the third world in favour of j*wish market manipulation and are having to come to terms with the fact that those tricks are now failing.
yeah, ground warfare is difficult when you can't just constantly call in airstrikes instead of fighting and half the world is funding and arming your enemy.
Poor Russia, everyone always picks on them. Just like you growing up. Oh wait, you're still doing that. The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

2024-10-01 at 1:35 AM UTCChasing around malnourished ragheads wearing sandals and they still cannot win a single war. The US government are bullies and like any bully theyre terrified of facing a real adversary.
Electing Trump will only delay the inevitable collapse of the regime. -

not even relevant. the point is that Russia is forced to fight a near-peer adversary which the US hasn't had to do since WWII (which again, it joined after the war was decided and its homeland was never threatened), and yet 'Russia is weak because it isn't winning fast enough'. -
