Borging is a worse fate than death imho

it's even mentioned in the future lannyist charter of rights and #freeDUMBS

Don't grief. This isn't limited to just killing people: dismembering, stripping, crippling, force-feeding, force-borging, uploading murder laws to the AI, setting up death traps, wrecking or depowering parts of the station, anything that explodes, lube smokes, placing radioactive flooring, etc. are all griefy.

The bible says that in the end days people will wish to die but won't be able to. That would indicate they will in fact be able to keep on transferring your consciousness into a new body every time you die. You won't be able to escape life.

No, the conditioning will be preserved. All your memories will be intact. You just won't be able to die.

Once they install and improve the capabilities of the brain chips over time, they'll be able to download the entire contents of your brain into the mainframe. When you die or kill yourself, they'll be able to clone a body for you and upload the contents of your brain directly into it, minus the memories and knowledge they don't want you to have, of course. There will be no way to escape.

I had an idea for a video game like this where when you die you just wake up in the basement of a hospital outside of a cloning pod with a chip already in your arm and your debt slowly increasing each time you die or something for some kinda dystopian shizbnitty

Bioshock had this but it wasn't really expanded upon much and just replaced the "you died" screen but I think one could go deeper with such a concept

There's gotta be something better than constantly reliving life on earth. I've done DMT once and know for sure there's other planes of existence with entities from other dimensions. They were trying to welcome me in but I couldn't stay long.
