first of all "processing amphetamine from it's liquid into crystals" is not a thing that exists. Amphetamine isn't a liquid unless it's a freebase, unless they mean illegal amphetamines dissolved in a liquid labelled as perfume, smuggled and then you extract the crystals from the liquid which is how cocaine is smuggled.
What I want to know is where they are getting this "amphetamine liquid" from

You must be joking, Im sure you know stereoselective synths have been widely known for much longer than that. The production cost is the reason they make n iso. It is simply way more profitable to make and sell the n iso bullshit cause most of the customers are addicts rather than educated users that know the difference.
As long as they get their meth-like CB1 fix they will buy it or trade stolen goods for it.
