I was very close to the Vancouver coast, just a few hours drive but I went back to the praries through the Coquihalla
I've been told by old timers that they traveled all over for decades even riding the rails and only seen maybe 30% of the entire country. I've been to the Alaska border and seen the great lakes but i'm in no rush, I want to see Hudson Bay next. The only bay i've ever seen is Thunder Bay

Easy. The conversation here was addressing the fact you're a middle aged man and haven't yet seen an ocean...so going to see the ocean would be the achievement, you book a flight to a location where the ocean is close by, get on said plane, get off said plane, look at the ocean, return home.
Job done...the journey isn't relevant in this instance. -

2024-09-20 at 6:13 PM UTCWhen I travel I like to think how am I gonna get there by what means? Also please keep in mind that I have never taken a vacation in my life. I don't believe in them, In the fight of economic warfare of the state VS technology I have always been fighting and when I go to a place and visit my first goal is to establish myself by integrating into the market.
I've visited some really beautiful places like Regina "The Paris of Canada" and resort towns in BC where Americans pay thousands of dollars to spend a few weeks there while i'm staying there for free and making money.
If I take a plane anywhere I want to fly "Business First Class" and bring my suitcase on the flight and immediately go down to a foreign market and become a fish vendor for a month and eat noodles from a soba cart and watch cock fights on a ratty tatami mat basement because I'm in too deep with the Yakuza 膤割 and the buying and selling of secret DAOist scrolls. I don't want to be like those worthless chink tourists that come to my country with a selfie stick AHH LOOK AT ME IM WOOOKING IM FILMING THE CN TOWER!!!MY FRIENDS IN MYHOME VILLAGE WHEN THEY SEE THIS WILL SAY 辯駁的證據我將些證據上傳到這個臨時部落格

I think it's important that you keep living your life the way you want to live your life, and keep ignoring people who want to tell you how they think you should be living, because those miserable limp dicks won't shut their mouths. -
2024-09-20 at 6:25 PM UTCI don't take planes which means I have a smaller carbon footprint than Greta Thumbberg 🤓

Don't you have shopping carts to corral or some climate that needs changing somewhere? Nobody told him how to live his life dumb ass. He was whining about never having seen an ocean. A solution to his lamenting was offered. -
