Sex is not about how you can relate to anyone or not. If a 10/10 woman wanted to have sex with you wouldn't say no just because you can't relate to her. It's a fundamental biological drive to reproduce, it's just that in some people, early experiences or being attracted to particular traits or body types causes them to have an unconventional sexual preference.

Also, "stealing innocence" and victimizing anyone, including children is the psychological motivator for sexual sadists. Now of course, some pedophiles are sexual sadists, just like some regular men or women can be and so can any other person of any sexual preference. That of course is not to say all pedophiles are sexual sadists. Besides, just because some men rape women or girls that doesn't mean all men are rapists.
