   Never understood this. I've noticed it because I know 2 people who can't see, like really can't see not like me where it's localized to one eye and just kidna shitty int eh good eye but liek they straight up can't see shit and people will yell when they talk to them and I always wondered why.
   
   I also knew this deaf guy who talked a lot, I could never get a hand in.

   I talk loud to everyone regardless of their disabilities...I assume stupidity and talking loud forces them to try and listen/comprehend better...nothing worse than someone who is barely audible or mutters all the time.
   
   I have a guy working for me who mutters all the time, I'm constantly telling him to speak the fuck up.
