   This synthetic drug, which circulates for a few years in the country and causes hallucinations, is extremely addictive.    I remember reading about this years ago, the whole idea is fuckin retarded for a hundred different reasons.
   
   the mix is basically ARVs used for HIV treatment + heroin + rat poison.
   the ARVs do nothing except deplete medical stock.
   the rat poison causes fairly serious pain, but the pain is masked by the heroin. when the heroin wears off the RATTEXPAIN is still there, so they assume they need more to make the pain go away. rinse/repeat until they die.
