I just got the results off my online health chart. No one has gone over them with me but I am sort of making it out as I inhaled too much drywall dust.
IMPRESSION:
1. No evidence of mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy or mass.
2. New small cluster of nodular densities in the right lung base. These may represent an age-indeterminate fungal, MAI, or bacterial infection. Please clinically correlate.

Narrative
PROCEDURE: CT CHEST WITH CONTRAST, 9/10/2024 4:02 PM
ACCESSION NUMBER(S): 19327649
COMPARISON: CT, chest with contrast dated 6/22/2017.
CLINICAL INDICATION: Abnormal chest x-ray, Hilar mass.
TECHNIQUE: Helical CT acquisition of the chest performed with IV contrast and additional planar and MIP reformats. Dose reduction: mA and/or kV are were adjusted by automated exposure control software based upon patient's height and weight.
FINDINGS:
LUNGS: New small cluster of nodular densities in the periphery of right lung base. No pulmonary consolidation, effusion, or mass.
MEDIASTINUM: No mediastinal lymphadenopathy. No mediastinal mass.
HEART: No evidence of atrial or ventricular dilatation. No pericardial effusion.
VESSELS: No evidence of aortic aneurysm or dissection. Pulmonary arterial trunk and bilateral main pulmonary arteries are within normal limits.
AXILLA: No evidence of axillary lymphadenopathy.
CHEST WALL: Unremarkable.
BONES: No acute bony abnormality or suspicious bony lesion.
UPPER ABDOMEN: Unremarkable.

It was only ยฃ80 and a gift so I owe him nothing. Going to Greece isn't a once in a life vacation, I've been before and can go back whenever.
