Got some supplements + some Crouton today

  1. #1
Got paid today so I went and bought some supplements. I got L-Theanine, Ashwaganda, Caffeine, Vitamin B Complex, Inositol, Gaba, Magnesium, beta Lipoic Acid, Valerian Root, and some Crouton.

I'm taking the Caffeine, Vitamin B Complex, and Inositol in place of Energy Drinks.
I'm taking the beta Lipoic Acid as a Nootropic.
The L-Theanine and Ashwaganda is just to relax and also fight anxiety.
The Gaba, Valerian Root, and Magnesium is to help Me sleep.

    The Crouton is for pain.

what does alph-a-lipoic acid do for u

I don't have problems with anxiety or sleeping but I would definitely be interested in taking supplements to further increase my intelligence, not sure if you are aware but I am very below average in my intelligence and intellect and am hoping to correct that to better perform in college.

I do not have a problem concentrating, test taking, manipulating data to produce answers or immediate retrieval of things I've memorized. However I don't learn as fast as I woudl like to. Ideally I would like to read something one time and then be able to recall 100% of it, preferably as close to as I can to original as well as not have my memory atrophy and require priming with the notes/material.

IN a perfect world I would be able to just read 40 pages of text and recall 100% of it after the first sitting. Money is a minor constraint but if it works I can budget or hustle up prety much any amount of money to pursue my pursuits and dreams.

Do you feel like classical music makes you smarter or your brain work more efficiently? my entire life I have thought that was the dumbest shit ever, like bump Bach and you'll be able to do mathematics better and when I do it I just find myself irritated that I have to hear this hokey ass rich white people bullshit

But then I put in my headphoens asnd mumble nba youngboy while I flash gangsigns in my left hand in the computer lab

Considering ordering crouton for pain again. Main problem I have with crouton is finding a way to consume it. Might try tea.

I want to butt in here and say I've been thinking for months about coming off the prescribed meds I've been taking for years.

Ones with side effects when you come off.

I suppose the sensible thing to do would be to just reduce

Out of this list caffeine, Crouton, and mayyyybe L-Theanine are the only things that aren’t snake oil imo. I’ve gotten on the noot supplement ride before but I’m pretty well convinced it’s mostly an elaborate placebo
