I haven't had a cigarette in six months.

    I did however have 2 cigars because I wanted to look cool infront of my friends on cam. Both made my lungs feel very dirty and hurt me.

    That being said I'm really proud of myself!!!!

    I no longer have a smoker's cough, I don't have to go outside to smoke every two hours, I save money and I'm over 9000 more attractive (to people who don't smoke).

    ok new person that's being nice to me, i appreciate it a lot. Once you get past the first 30 days you don't feel withdrawl anymore and having had a cigar at some point during this and felt sick and nasty I really don't feel the drive to smoke anymore.
