In the video he claims he said "bitch! wuchu mean I can't set up a fucking payment plan"!!!! He did tell her "I ain't about to pay you shit"! and claims he lost it a little bit. He continues to refer to her as "bitch".

This is 100% Joe's fault! He ignored his taxes! He had the money to pay, but he wasted it on stupid vacations and toys.
He can't understand why he gets tickets in front of his "damn house" because of his "dumbass neighbor".

Now he is threatening to beat his other neighbors ass. He told the cops he was going to "fuck him up" (the neighbor Joe blamed for putting a brick on his truck.)
I hope the township, the police and his neighbors all see this video. The disrespect and the threats paint a beautiful picture of who Joe truly is at heart.

No posts from the only person on it other than on the one sub so it may be someone who does not know or use Reddit at all, so does not know about us. It's been going from 23 March 2023 and been posting the same post "Exposing Joe Guerrero" round every week to a month with the last one day go, so it my be a month or more before u/Alternative_Try8670 gets back to us.
One of the early posts is "I'm interested in sharing my you tube videos calling out Joe Guerrero from after prison show and Joe paints stuff/Joe does stuff" so it sounds like someone we need. Over one year and still looking they must not be a big fan, maybe it's some one close to him like the dogs?

If there is no activity within 24 hours, we will contact her parents and the authorities. I cannot stress enough the seriousness of how I worry. Panda shared a video with me of Joe becoming upset over an older woman requesting him to move from a handicap parking space. His anger was evident. He attempted to calm himself down. He is unstable. We should not assume that Raney was aware of what she was getting into because Joe put on a deceptive act. If Raney were my daughter, I would have had a serious conversation with her about Joe's criminal background and his history of drug use. Personally, I would never consider Joe even a sub-par choice as a companion. Here's why: 1. I am bonded for my government contract. Joe would pose a problem due to my hybrid status. He would disrupt that due to his background. 2. I believe in my constitutional right to carry and possess firearms. You cannot possess firearms where a felon resides. In Virginia, you can request permission from a judge to possess a firearm as a felon, but I am unsure of the percentage of judges who grant permission. 3. He does not respect his credit or financial obligations. 4. He makes impulsive business decisions without consulting business experts, creating business plans, hiring a CPA or financial planner, or setting goals. 5. He struggles with mental health issues and refuses treatment. Depending on the severity of the mental health diagnosis and whether the individual takes their mental health seriously, I may overlook this. 6. The video where Joe confronts someone at Raney's former workplace, resulting in police involvement, should have been a major red flag. Joe displayed disrespect towards her career, law enforcement, and most importantly, a lack of self-control. He is a ticking time bomb. 7. His strained relationship with his mother. My grandparents taught me to observe a man's interactions with his mother to gauge how he will treat you. 8. His lack of long-term, meaningful friendships is a significant red flag for me. He has no close friends and cycles through acquaintances rapidly. Raney evidently lacks self-confidence, which surprises me considering she has a respectable father from what I have gathered. My father was exceptional. Women with supportive fathers who serve as positive role models in their lives typically choose good partners. That has been my experience, at least.
You are right. I am a neighbor, but my feelings for him are indifferent. There are precisely 13 neighbors who dislike him due to his actions. I am one of the 13 households that have had disagreements with him. The main reason is that Joe decided to mistreat an 80-year-old woman whom we all hold dear. Joe requires assistance. We often hear him shouting at Raney, and it is unpleasant!

I am well-acquainted with the boat situation. Indeed, the city of Portsmouth strictly prohibits overnight docking. Those boats are registered and owned by individuals. The city follows a specific protocol for declaring boats abandoned before auctioning them off. Tomorrow morning, I will personally reach out to the city regarding Slow Joe's audacious plan to take boats that do not belong to him.I can't believe it! I live next to him. I don't have concrete evidence that he's smoking crack, but it's evident that he's using some kind of substance. It's that guy in the rundown van he does it with. It's absolutely outrageous! And the police are aware of it as well.
