   Sounds like me, I can listen to anything -- well, except for reggae / ska for some reason -- but I don't think I can ever not listen to music anymore. It's my main cope [in terms of dealing with life].

    I dont know any current metalcore. Mostly the stuff i recognize is all stuff from when i was in high school 2002-2006

    That makes sense, I've never heard of the last band you posted so I'll check it out later. Looks like we both started high school in the 2000s, albeit for me it was in the late 2000s. Good times, man. Good times.
