I have several and don't feel bad for takeaway being my main diet for years as it hasn't affected my skin, I trust the takeaway. Cheeseburger with fried onions, no sauce. Cheesy gravy chip. Duck with kimchi sauce and fried rice. Chicken kebab on chips with coleslaw, gravy and salad. My favourite diner has closed so I don't have cheesy gravy chips anymore, my main meal has changed to lamb with mash potato, stuffing and beef gravy.

I don't get kimchi anymore because they changed the recipe. The other place that did cheesy gravy chips doesn't cook them well enough now. It's sad. I deserve their secret recipes. I could have an autistic meltdown if I can't have my favourite food.

cauliflower is good too, I like mashed it up with a knife after I microwave it so it's real mushy then adding seasoning to it.

Kafka is right, boiling is awful. Leaches all sorts of water soluble vitamins and minerals out of food. If you boil your vegetables you may as well throw the vegetables away and drink the water.
I steam vegetables on a frying pan with a lid with a little water and coconut fat, works great. That way I don't even have the problem of condensation dripping off and carrying nutrients away.
