I think I am going to have a wonderful bowl of vegetables and a scale. I wanna see how much weight I've lost and I feel like that will motivate me further to avoid eating fast food, pizza, cheese, fats and sugars.
I feel a lot better after recovering from yesterdays sugar-accident.
