But it begs the question if someone crossed state lines not to do something but at a whim if they did it like not to fuck a chick but you meet a chick in that state that itself could be also a big difference. But they still work together and Feds still generally only take cases unless someone is on some most wanted or some fugitive list when state asks them to. -
