Specifically in Poland, child sex tourism likely falls afoul of Art. 113. of the kodeks karny, which states that, regardless of the state of any local laws, Polish citizens can be tried under Polish law for crimes committed in foreign countries so long as Poland is obligated to try such crimes by international treaty. As Poland is a ratified signatory of the Lanzarote Convention (an internation treaty obligating the prosecution of anyone who commits child sexual abuse), it's likely illegal for Wariat to travel abroad to diddle minors in places where it's otherwise legal.

In the USA crossing state lines to commit a crime is a crime like kidnapping but I don’t think crossing state lines without kidnapping anyone and not committing a crime just doing something illegal in your state but only in the state it is legal and coming back is a crime.
