Bro I be geeking, Google translates any lesbian to "he" "him" when my friend messages me so he be talking about this fat lesbian named Jovi (Johanna) that we know and at first I would be confused because he'd say "I cannot understand why he does this." "He needs to understand I do not respect him at 4am" and at first I was so confused but now I just find it funny.

In English we refer to people by their like pronoun and gender they decided last week in Spanish you just call people whatever you feel like and they have to ACCEPT it and after the first time you call them it if everyone listening thinks it fits they just accept it and also refer to people by whatever gender they feel like.

Jovi is not transgender, she's just a fat lesbian that gets drunk and preys on small horny girls in the ghetto. Also wears steel toed boots for work in a factory so she basically looks like a big dirty trucker unless she's going out to get laid at which point she looks like a big clean trucker.

yo hablo español, tuve muchas clases de español. I minored it when I got my Bachelor's of Arts. Yo pago mucho diñero por mi escuela entonces necesito usar este idioma con mis comañeras que hablan lo.

One time in Spanish class, (back in 2015) a person in our class asked how you translate adjectives for people who don't identify as male or female. Like, since I'm a girl, adjectives would end in an "a" where males end with an "o." They said they're "androgynous" and asked the teacher how to utilize that in Spanish. He looked at her like she was crazy & told her adjectives are only masculine or feminine. Normally, I'm all for trans-rights but this person was an idiot. They said some days they're masculine and some days they're feminine, that it changes on how they feel that day. They also said that they didn't believe in evolution, it wasn't until senior (college) year until they came out as "androgynous" and started a podcast about it. I am not joking.

Anyways, I love impressing Hispanic people with my skills. Especially the mean cholas, *Siempre estoy escuchando*

Speaking of Mexicans taking whatever name people give them, this kid who I went to Jr. High & High School with went his entire schooling being called, "Gordo" which is Spanish for fat guy. His real name was like Raul or something. I thought his name was actually Gordo up until Jr. year. He wasn't even that fat, just pretty stocky.

Also, this kid on my bus told me that Philipe translates to dustpan.

All the romance languages have no special unicodes, they are all pretty lame.

No, it's pretty good and getting better with AI supercomputers but Google Translate is a meme in itself and notoriously bad. If you run things back and forth a few times you get caveman language or possibly the true amalgamation of all language what humanity and robots will speak in the future

I don't know how good the technology is for stuff like python libraries but I do know how much work goes into real translations for fan projects of games and even a person that speaks a language fluently has to "make up" a lot of stuff, translations are expensive and will not always be identical. This is my issue with Christians who say they "study the bible" but say you don't need to understand Greek or Hebrew, English is "close enough" if you use enough thous and thys but then terms like LOGOS gets lost completely λόγος https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logos
    Use As A Python Module

In [1]: from translate import Translator
    In [2]: translator= Translator(to_lang="zh")
    In [3]: translation = translator.translate("This is a pen.")
    Out [3]: 这是一支笔

The result is usually a unicode string.
    Use a different translation provider

In [1]: from translate import Translator
    In [2]: to_lang = 'zh'
In [3]: secret = '<your secret from Microsoft or DeepL>'
In [4]: translator = Translator(provider='<the name of the provider, eg. microsoft or deepl>', to_lang=to_lang, secret_access_key=secret)
In [5]: translator.translate('the book is on the table')
    Out [5]: '碗是在桌子上。'

    The DeepL Provider

To use DeepL’s pro API, pass an additional parameter called pro to the Translator object and set it to True and use your pro authentication key as the secret_access_key

correctly enough, sometimes my friends will say shit to me and it'll be like

"Do you understand the think of yourself in deep processes?" and I tell them SAY IT AGAIN BUT DIFFERENTLY

and it'll come back 'Do you really believe those thoughts you have?"

    but for something simple like

"Did you inventory chemicals? I need order list." it's going to be 100% right

It's good up to a point. The translation is accurate but any native speaker would perceive you basically sounding like a robot. Just imagine Indian "excuse me sirs" that's from them learning via google translate.

It's the assumption that the simple things are legit that will result in global nuclear war...no one is noticing the small stuff.
