   I disagree a little bit. CICO isn't complete.
   
   Potato and wood have about the same amount of calories for example but the human body can't digest celulose and turn it into energy. You could eat a million calories of a tree and starve to death.

   Counting calories worked for me and meant I could eat KFC and kebabs while losing weight.

    Yea, it does work. I do it, too. I'm really hungry right now but I'm about to make some pizza bagel roll things (self-made, amazing). I guess, I'll still be in a deficit if I don't eat anything else anymore.
