Tropical glaciers melting to ‘unprecedented’ extent, study suggests

Publishing in the journal Science, an international team of researchers write that the bedrock now exposed at the margins of four such glaciers in the Andes has not seen the light of day since more than 11,700 years ago. That’s when the last major ice age ended, beginning the current geological epoch known as the Holocene.

The so-called Science Journal is funded by the so-called American Association for the Advancement of Science, which, in turn, is funded by the so-called National Science Foundation, which is a department of the federal government. Anything funded by the federal government can be immediately dismissed as un-credible and polluted by politics. It's not neutral, unbiased, independent information, it's riddled with financial conflicts and political agenda.
