I don't know how anyone can respect him.

Europe can't compete with America in the tech sector so they profit off of American tech companies by creating retarded legislation that gives European governments the ability to sue them instead. I don't know why anyone would respect the European courts. I'm not sure whether American tech companies hurt Europe more by continuing to operate in that market or by pulling out, but whichever it is, I hope they do that.

Data Protection is important. I hope that bully gets sued.

When you decide to use the service, you fully and knowingly agree to surrender all your personal information and data to the provider of said service. It's posted in the Service Agreement and available to every single user. Continuing to use the service only demonstrates the willingness to hand over such private and public information. Don't like the agreement, don't use the service. It should end right there, but, you know, politics.

Contract terms can't override statute law, which can't override EU law (GDPR is ultimately an EU Regulation).

Yes, EU law overrides national law.

Every country has a clause that says the government cannot interfere in a private contract. When you agree to the terms of service, that's a private contract.

The reason why this shit matters is because it actually matters.

A contract is invalid if any of the following conditions apply:

➤ The terms of a contract include an illegal activity.
➤ One of the parties to which the agreement relates doesn’t have legal capacity (below 18, insane, senile, etc.).
➤ One of the parties was coerced (threatened) or manipulated (lied to).
➤ The contract is contrary to law. For instance you cannot agree to set aside your consumer rights.

Agreements that meet any of the criteria above are considered unenforceable.

Everyone should hate him for election interference, disrespecting our leaders, breaking EU law and interfering in the Ukraine war.

Yeah, Elon tried to support Ukraine early on, then once it was obvious how things were going he tried to stop the Ukraine war before all Ukrainians were dead.

Lets murder millions of Ukrainians needlessly for an identical or worse national outcome.

    We hate Ukrainians.
