The Tor Project discovered that the NSA flagged members of the Tor community and their related IP addresses for surveillance.

The program flags any IP address involved in any web search for the term Tails or its meaning.

You need to solve a captcha to register. I'm not sure it's possible to do with JS disabled (not inherent to TOR but most things that bundle TOR also disable JS for reasons (mostly paranoia)), and google will just refuse to serve content to some exit nodes so you probably need to register on a non-tor connection. After registration though the site should be fully usable through Orbot or whatever. It's designed such that every core feature should work without JS enabled although not many people fall into that category, so if you notice anything that doesn't work let me know.

just register anon at a cyber café or something.

when I made this account the captcha wouldn't work on my phone so I registered at the library, altho I weren't fussed about anon that much.

It wasn't asking for the capcha thing on a tablet. But was saying something about headers. I don't trust Tor as being anonymous but I would like to have some layer of protection to at least inconvenience them before I even say anything vague about crime.

No system or solution is perfect but TOR is about the closest you can get. Also what about the headers? Orbot just spoofs them to the value the Browser Bundle has as well.
