Yep it's true for a mod with a terrible premise. it's better than a mainline Fallout 4 game set in a totally new part of the USA in a historic major city with years of development time
According to that logic I can make a Fallout Toronto Mod, poorly and probably make the big bucks and get more praise than a Bethesda developer. Pretty funny times we live in
