   If they lied to the cops that is a crime. You would not have been convicted without testimony from the person you claim lied to the police and that testimony was in line with what they said on the alleged false report. That would be perjury.

   acrtually youre wrong. they commit perjury even the cops all the time its normal there. ive seen them on the stand lie. its evem in the news its so normal. look up the snitch case in orange county california and also the la bianca sheriff corruption cas ein los angeles and see all the lies told in court by all parties. its normal never enforced if even on the books there.

    If everyone did that there would be no need for government or law, the economy would be thriving with 100% employment. There would be so many jobs that we need to build advanced robotics just to keep up and everyone would have a large family but it would still not be enough
