What would it be?
I'd choose Sri Lanka, because:
1: Sri Lanka has defaulted on it's debt TWICE. Some broke ass niggas.
2: Knitted clothes/clothing accessories account for 25% of their exports, if you include all of their clothing/clothing related exports it account for nearly 45% of their exports. Knitting is for old white ladies who make you hot chocolate on cold Wisconsin days and sit in a rocking chair, not for gay Sri Lankans.
3: The island doesn't have any useful minerals or oil.
4: It's a floating rock that india should have invaded as soon as they gained their independence, they're basically the same people.
