What do you guys eat for breakfast?

    For my breakfast, I usually eat eggs and toast if I'm up early enough. If not I will take a bowl of fruit that I chop up at the beginning of the week and eat it during my commute.

    Usually I eat 2 sunny side up eggs with hot sauce and a pickle on the side.

    Usually a couple egg sandwiches with cheese and mayo. Sometimes I'll eat a breakfast burrito or go to McDonald's and get a sausage egg McMuffin.

    I eat a smoothie, frozen black, blue, straw, and rasp berries, mangos, pineapple, a smalla mount of greek yogurt, spinach, a scoop of bran flakes and a banana. Sometimes I add in other stuff like half a cucumber, oranges, water melon, peaches, pears and unsweetened applesauce. As the base I generally use water and ice.

    I made the whole pitcher which fills up one of the large yogurt containers I use as tupperware & the largest cup I have access to. I drink teh cup right away and then the large container abouta bout 6 hours later.

    Makes my body feel nice.

    When I am in a hurry I do a half of a cup of oatmeal + a spoonful of peanut butter with a handful of raisens.

    Oh and 4 cups of coffee.

    I usually "theme" my smoothies. Something like all berry, or pineapple + coconut + yogurt.

    I'm not usually hungry when I wake up. When I am up early it's smoked salmon with wheaten bread or an English breakfast fry. With a smoothie or fruit juice. When I'm on the go it's sausage rolls, I don't really like them but they serve them quickly and I'll be in a rush.

    Most days it's a can of Monster, smoke, supplements, smoothie then an hour later maybe some houmous or pate with grissini.

    I skipped the coffee today and I don't have a crippling headache.

    Cereal.

    2 hours later

    Albacore Tuna fish with half an avocado smashed on it

    1 hour later
    Broccoli, Carrot, Celery, Baby Spinach, Berries, Strawberries, Banana, Protein Mix, 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric, Dash of Cinnamon, water, almond milk, splash of OJ, splash of Natural Apple-juice (unenhancemented), Ninja Blend for 2 minutes, shake, 30 seconds more

    made enough for 2 of us. I try to do this twice a day to get my vegs.

    Especially, every day while going back to school, on the go, go, go.
    Except no oats for me… & I boil a variety of favorite fruits/veggies (carrot, apples, grapefruit, beet, kale etc) strain them and use this healthy liquid concoction w/ all the nutrients instead of plain water.😊👍

    I kinda limit my coffee intake. Can dehydrate the skin.
