I took 2 Benadryl last night to help me sleep and because I'm having skin issues and I had 4 separate but very similar nightmares.
I was at a mall with a couple friends and I end up getting separated from them. I lost everything I had, my phone (yes it was in my dream), money and wallet for some reason.
While I'm searching for them someone I've never met starts following me and I end up running all over like a lunatic.
The weird part is I'd wake up and get back to sleep and I'd have a continuation of the dream that woke me up.
It happened 4 times. It's just weird to me because I don't think I've had a continuous dream all throughout the night.
Has a low dose of dph ever affected anyone else like that?
Oh I deciphered those dreams to obviously mean I'm lost in life because I've been going through it for a little while now. That makes the most sense to me.

Yeah that shit causes pretty wild dreams but I am never able to remember the contents of them , I just know some shit went down
