    I was trying to find the cause of my shallow breathing and felt idk what when one of the reasons was holding your breath to avoid detection. I think that may be the one but can't remember anything.

    Recently I found out that trauma can stop your voice from developing so it sounds childlike and that's what I have. Now I find out I have shallow breathing because of trauma as well and it just seems extreme so I don't know if it was just neglect that caused this.

    I think it was my mum and I am bitter now that I have had shallow breathing my whole life causing cognitive decline and chronic fatigue which is preventing me from having a life and that it's her fault I felt the need to start holding my breath.
