So the deep south has been infected with major crime over the past few decades. so many people on meth down there. we have meth issues in central California as well like Bakersfield or Fresno, Stockton etc. and in New Mexico and I'm sure Phoenix is a meth capital as well but the deep south it has become an epidemic.

also the maximum you can do for Animal Cruelty Causing Injury or Death is 5 years in prison so unless the guy had multiple counts from dog/cock fighting operation, it's unlikely they'd givign you THE MAX, DOUBLED.
And I did get sentenced kinda harshly (IMO) I have to sit inside a half way house with 9 other people for a year, I can go to four AA meetings, the supermarket for 1 hour, and school per week. That's awful. -
