Scron what are your thoughts on that assignment I was tasked with? remmebr when I shwoed you a small bit and ppieces of it? it seeme dunprofessional to me the way it was spread out on the excel sheet and ahrd to follow as you had to match a box or cell with the right one to answer. sure they highlighted which oens you had to answer and which to elave alone but it still took time to go down left and figure out where to paste your reply. why not just use a top down word doc? and why female and male dialoge it slamsot the same in the englihs language unlike polish and most writing that is good is gender neutral anyway in games right? also why give an 8 hour window why not give 10 or 12 hours just complet eit wihtin a day? alsoi the three working days inw arsaw would be ahrd for me as i dont have the patience to wait on trains 1 hour and 20 minutes each way three days a week to egt to and from ldoz to warsaw.

most other companies basiclaly every other company especially us ones will give you more thana. day to complete an assignment and wont task you with anything that will take 8 hours or so to complete and give oyu lines after lines of dialoge across three different or basiclaly two diff games they make. plus it wouldnt even be a creative job. because ur not making the dialoge ur just translating whats there into what sounds ogod or youd expect in english in such a game.

i fill out all the quick apply positions literlaly dialy that fill my mailbox form linkedin. there is very little work available in poland in the english language that doesnt also reuqire polish and that doesnt require a contract type employment where id have to have my own llc or company set up and even that the few gigs avialable are form the same companies constantly being nitpicky or not finding the perfect candidate and reposting the same applications.
