   No, not at all.
   
   It's like astrology, generic info that can fit to day actual day/weather.
   
   For example on my commute in today the forecast was rain throughout the day...it rained for about 5 mins and has been sunny otherwise.
   
   ...however if you challenge them they'll say "yes but it did rain throughout the day in isolated spots!"
