So I take a yellow onion, some garlic, a sliced jalapenis and any mushroom. For this one I used portabello thinly sliced.
I fry that in a little bit of butter, washyoursister sauce, and pepper.
I serve it over a bowl of chopped spinach
I remember when my mom would make steaks growing up and my favorite part was the mushrooms and onions, better than the steak by miles. I like mushrooms and onions with steak sauce, a lot. I used a whole fresh jalapenis so my mouth was on fire and it was too hot to really enjoy fully but I got a bunch more mushrooms.
I think it would be good with rice too.
