Oakland California is returning to its Murder Stats

   in the 80s to about 1995 Oakland had close to 150 murders a year but its only 450k people. less than half a million
   
   then it dropped off into about 50 to 60 and last year it hit 146. its like when I was a kid and had to cross through East Oakland either on a bus or running to the BART station (got jumped twice in 1982)
   
   I feel that old violent vibe and checked stats to find out it's creeping back up. Chicago had 700 murders a couple of years ago but it's also 3.5 Million fucking people. so statistically Oakland is more violent on a smaller scale. and just like Chicago it has good areas and wealthy areas (mostly the Hills)
   
   what the fuck is happening that we have to relive this Bullshit.

   i rememebr when I was in sanq uentin reception i almsot got ina. fight with this dude this kid from oakland and he claled it the town or some shit like im from the town.

   oh yea he was black but like light skinnd had curly haired was somewhat tall and skinny., i gotta remmeber his name. he tried to intimidate me later to elt me borrow em again as i had my moms ent me enw copies or new ones.
