How to steal modern cars?

I saw how the kia boys do it but I really wouldn't want to steal a kia. I would want something fast. Like one of these supercharged mustangs or chargers that go 200. Assuming the oinkers can't call up Dodge and have them disable it with a satellite or something.

I used to know how to steal motorcycles. You could do something with the wires with the starter solenoid. Idk if it works on cars and it seems like it would take too much time anyway breaking a window then rooting around under the hood.

Rent a flatbed truck, tow the target vehicles to you're place of storage, return the flatbed truck. Job done.

my friend Tony down at da docks told me dat these news cars you just "plug them suckas in" and there are codes all over online forums, you just search the model # and you can type the code in, put it into debug mode and unlock the entire vehicle and jailbreak it essentially

Seriously? You can just plug one of those in?

What about getting into them without breaking the window? I think you can amplify the signal if you're fairly close to the key fob. But I think it's like impossible without being close. I think it used to be possible but something about rolling codes.

Usually they bring the vehicle to a mechanic and give them the keys which is how they use them but i'm sure there's probably a way to do this without moving the vehicle or making a lot of noise

LOL you ain't going to do shit with that scanner except read some fault codes. Probably the easiest way is to find someone working at a dealership. Write down the VIN and he can use it to program a key fob for ya. Not like the old days when you could jump power to the coil and jump the starter.

Break in to the house to take the keys. Park the car up some place for a day or two to check for GPS trackers. Then drop it off to be broken up for spare parts. In Ireland they like to steal cars from around the border, generally cars are stolen from the North to be sold in the South. Because they are two different countries, the police don't really care about crimes in the other jurisdiction.

My boss had a car stolen (a nice big Toyota jeep his skinny little daughter used to drive). He then put GPS trackers in all his families cars. The subscription was about £12 a month for each of them.

That's why you park your stolen vehicle up for a few days. To make sure it's not being tracked.

you can buy those key encoders off alibaba now, not sure how much information you need or whether it just clones physical keys though

will find the model number again later

The shipping time sucks though when you're standing by the target vehicle at 3am.

The reason I suggested having someone at a dealership, they have access to the database. Most cars stolen for parts, if you have a car with common parts to many others then you have a higher chance of getting it stolen.
