the acidity would ruin the chicken

It breaks down the chicken nicely and sweetens it apparently. I also saw a black guy from the south who did something similar

the chicken does not need to be broken down or sweetened. If I had melted sweet & sour chicken I would spit it out and ask for a refund.

    copy/paste

"Why marinate chicken in pickle juice? Marinating your chicken in pickle juice is the same as creating a brine for it. The pickle juice helps keep moisture in so it's super tender when cooked and doesn't dry out."

A vinegar and a brine are completely different. Bathing your chicken in an acid for hours will not retain moisture. You could put some pickle juice in a brine but using it as a brine is asinine

You should probably read it again slowly...it didn't say they were the same

Buttermilk is the best thing to get flour to stick to it. You can do it twice but it becomes less chicken and more bread ig. But you could do the pickle juice first. I don't even like pickles but I may give this a shot.

Omgz you're stereotyping yourself being self conscious about talking about frying chicken. I started off just asking if you used seasoned salt.

It wasn't like hur dur I know you like fried chicken because you're black. Then you said you were worried about what Vinny would say...when you're being a cunt though it's just a lil flex because I love watermelon and fried chicken and I can talk about both and you can't.
