Chick-fila supposedly soaks their chicken in pickle juice

   Idk when probably marinated before being breaded. That explains the sweet/sour taste of the chicken itself.
   
   Aldi has some that taste similar. They have two kinds. One is what I call particle meat (like particle board) and the one that tastes a little like Chick-fila is actual cut breast. On the ingredients it doesn't say anything about pickle juice.
   
   I would like to incorporate this into chicken frying in general. I would ask Candace for her opinion but it's a touchy subject.
