Go to the one with the highest ACT or SAT requirement that you meet.

SO if you have a 30, don't go to a school that requires 22+ go to one that requires a 28+ that's always a good rule of thumb

Most fun would be one in England. Best for me is an online one. What I want is the best library.

If I had to pick Oxford looks nice.

And you're young enough to where you shouldn't be charged as an adult for anything. They say youth is wasted on the young though.

Get a job kid, a trade, life skills, actual experience, far more important to your future than a bullshit piece of paper.

I never understood people who actively tell people to avoid becoming better educated

Problem is a lot of folks think you have to go to school to learn anything. People actually ask me who taught me in simple things, all men should be smart enough to repair pretty much anything related to their home. History and art just a click away with the internet, they don't even need to go to the library like I did.

Sure some things you need to go to a school, the average person can't afford equipment some subjects require and for complicated subjects you need an experienced person to help you.

ETA: My wife and daughter both have degrees and I'd say 98% of their learning was reading what their professors told them to read. Hell I even did some of their homework and I'm dumb as dirt.

Because going to community college is NOT better educated than teaching yourself

I guarantee I am better educated on MANY topics than some dumb twat who did a shitty college course.

The simply fact you think you have to pay someone else to teach you shows you don't have the intellect to figure stuff out/teach/learn yourself.

You don't even need to be all that smart. I taught myself celestial navigation in the navy because I thought it was interesting, it had nothing to do with my job.

It's best if it is a subject your interested in, pretty sure many early programmers where self taught.

A natural desire to learn is the most important thing...if you are willing and able you'll learn a lot more than sitting in a classroom listening to some drone drone on about a subject you just want to put on your resume.

It seems these days more and more people are waking up the the fact the education system is a scam...just another business screwing the not so bright out of their money.

It's like Christians who think they have to go to church and pay tithe to be a good Christian...they bought into/were brainwashed by the church...

"Thanks for the cash! you're saved...as long as you don't forget your 5% next week...oh and tell your son I'll see him at choir practice on Wednesday and he's to wear something sexy".
