   TL;DR: Omprakash, from a rival family seems to have paid off doctors at a medical college, then convinced his neighbour Mujahid that he needed a lifesaving operation. the doctors instead gave Mujahid a sex change, and Omprakash tried to force the newly-minted lady to marry him so that he could take control of Mujahid's family property.
