Of course the key is to figure out what is causing the inflammation...treating the problem won't necccessssarrrrillly fix the problem.

Today the Tesco delivery driver asked me for I.D and was shocked at my age, said I was very lucky. I'm convinced it was all those years of eating takeaway that preserved my skin. I know I can trust cheeseburgers and kimchi.
Idk why I didn't think of it before, Koreans have nice skin.

She spends a boatload on cosmetic crap because she's afraid of getting old and ugly. Then tells us all the crap she eats and drinks, vodka, energy drinks and fast food.

I know since I stopped drinking alcohol 7yrs ago my skin has gotten as smooth as a baby's bottom...or my eyesight got worse, one of the two.
