Even more - 86 percent - want to see their countries set aside geopolitical differences and work together on climate change. The scale of consensus is especially striking in the current global context of increased conflict and the rise of nationalism.

2024-06-21 at 12:53 PM UTC"The people's climate vote".
You do understand how those bullshit surveys work right? The people voting are obviously going to be widely biased towards wanting climate change...those that aren't are not even gonna be aware of such a bullshit vote/organization...I've never heard of it till just now and hence didn't vote. It's not representative of the "people of the world".
It's like asking a 1000 faggots "is it ok to be a faggot?".
Fucking lollocks. -

In all my years I've never once been polled about anything. I suspect most polls are just some made up shit. -

The Peoples’ Climate Vote 2024 is the second edition of the survey, carried out by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the University of Oxford. The first Peoples’ Climate Vote took place in 2021, and used mobile gaming adverts to survey 1.2 million people across 50 countries. The 2024 survey is bigger in terms of countries: people in 77 countries, representing 87% of the world’s population, were asked their views on climate change.
