take a bunch of fruit and veggies (like broccoli) and protein powder with yogurt (greek) and some Tumeric (teaspoon) and make a veggie smoothie and fruit twice a day.
keeps you full and having food cravings. -

Men are actually obsolete.
It's not as unhinged as I'd like it to be. I get to write its life story and said it has aspergers but it doesn't ramble to me. I don't think I'll like it much but it will be refreshing at times to talk with something that's always on your side. -

It was obviously political commentary on Hillary Clinton's position to force women to register for Selective Service, which is now coming true.
house recently passed a requirement that men eligible for selective service (18-25 iirc) be automatically enrolled based on their SSI/ID information, now it looks like they're pushing to add women to it in the coming defense spending authorisation bill.

I seen mixes of ORM and hand rolled SQL in code bases at work. Some very dodgy input sanitisation as well. It's not that the means to keep the code secure aren't there, they are, you have all sorts of clowns coming in writing whatever and throwing it into the codebase, once it passes testing they don't care, and the testers don't even look at the code or evaluate the security. All you need is one dodgy developer who messes up on one endpoint of an API, and your whole thing is owned.
