First thing I do like always is microwaved some frozen vegetables, chopped up onion, fresh jalapenis, a tooth of garlic, and added a lil frozen spinach. Oh I put a cup of okra in there too. Mostly because I've been using up this okra I bought to try. I'm like that. I don't like the okra very much though.
So while that microwaved up, I sliced up a mushroom thinly, and put it in a pan with some chorizo. I cook dat shit
When it's about 3/4 the way done, I drained and added all the vegetables.
I fried dat shit in the pig fat grease, I never drain the meat, IDK if you're supposed to but I don't. so after I cooked that shit I was like eh you know I don't really wanna get them swine diseases you can get from eating raw pork or being near jedi people.
So once it got a lil CRISPY, I turned the heat off I let that shit sit for like 10 minutes and then I put it in this Togo container I got from a Chinese food place that's real durable, almost as good as Tupperware but it has a nice tight lock.
I'm gonna take that to school with me and eat it with a tortilla later today.
