I’ve been doing a lil walk every morning for a while now …since weather has permitted

It has increased my overall mood and energy throughout the day …

I’m really enjoying it ..and I’ve lost a few lbs..which is gonna happen naturally the more I become active this summer

So I gotta be careful don’t wanna get too skinny my man likes the bounce back when he hit that …

And when I dance the way I’ve been rockin my hips this morning..I want them to continue to rock just like dis….
