Łódź is literally the femboy capital of the world. I thought it was just a meme but searching a few social media sites for 5 minutes lead to me to 100 pictures of polish femboys all of them 18-25 years old. There are multiple steam groups with thousands of people in them.

Even if you take any number from any group and cut it in half, or even a third assuming 50% are people seeking polish femboys that still leaves roughly 10 polish femboys per square kilometer of LODZ. But they are also completely illegal so it's not like you will find them walking around wearing a skirt. You have to know what to look for like anime shirts and go to places where femboys are most likely to visit like fast food places and anime conventions
