   I'm not a big sauce guy tbh. Despite being an avid and skilled amateur michelin star chef with a passion for home cooking, I do not enjoy sauces or marinates.
   
   Sauces do not spark a passion in my heart. My girlfriend is my saucier, I can't be bothered to even consider a sauce as it will distract me from the "real" part of cooking
