   You can make Hydrogen out of sea water or some shit. and Bleach too. by reversing the polarity on a car battery and placing rods in the water. saw some weird "Off Grid" videos on Youtube. you can make chlorine gas which condenses into liquid bleach. so off grid you can wash clothes or even sterilize drinking water

   Is it chlorine gas that's a catalyst for the ozone dissolving? I'm not in a state to look it up so someone tell me.

   i'm guessing it's a setup they use on oil fields to determine the volatile contents of a barrel of oil but it probably wouldn't be so clean so who knows
